China Cup *
I wish I were a china cup
From which you drank your tea
'Cause every time I'd take a sip
You'd give a kiss to me.

* My first love gave this poem to me when I was 14 yrs old. It was also the first poem ever given to me. Being the romantic that I have always been, I must have read it thousands of times over the years and have never forgotten it.
I don't know if this is the title of the poem, or even if it is the whole poem, as I lost the paper it was written on years ago. I would love to find out more about it, especially who the author is. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in finding out more about it. If you know anything about this poem or it's author, please contact me!
